Due to an emergency leak repair, water service will be interrupted for homes on Silver Spur Road, Silver Spur Circle and Saddleback Road until approximately 5 p.m. today. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Water Service has been interrupted to homes on the following streets: Lillehammer Lane, Slalom Lane, Polar Way, Kodiak Way, Oslo Lane, and a portion of Bobsled Blvd. Estimated Time of Interruption: 5 hours

Please visit our conservation page for the irrigation schedule, as well as tips and tricks for conserving water. We request that you follow the posted irrigation schedule as this allows us to manage the water system more efficiently.

The current irrigation recommendation from the Division of Water Resources for Summit County is ZERO irrigations per week. Waiting to water allows grass roots to grow deeper and build endurance. For the past two years, SWDC has been evaluating its assessments in consultation with a professional engineering firm.  The evaluation includes infrastructure needs for the future to sustain and improve water delivery to SWDC shareholders.   The assessment increase announcement was not handled as the Board expected. The intent was to have an explanatory announcement released in advance or in conjunction with the assessment increase notice.  SWDC will be holding an informational meeting for SWDC shareholders to explain in detail the reasons for the assessment increase. When confirmed, details will be posted here and emailed to shareholders using the email address on file with SWDC.
