The accounts with backflow irrigation devices that have not been tested have been assessed a $200 fee due to non compliance of the SWDC Backflow Prevention Testing Policy. The current irrigation recommendation from the Division of Water Resources for Summit County is ZERO irrigations per week. Waiting to water allows grass roots to grow deeper and build endurance.
